Wow just Wow!!!! The food here is amazing. And like the sign said, we had fun building our bowls! Got the lentil soup which was very tasty and a huge portion! And also got the chicken rice bowl with 3 different types of hummus. The bowl was huge! Soooo much food and loaded with chicken. Restaurant is very clean and employees are super friendly! This will definitely be a regular place for us!! Prices also very reasonable especially for the amount of food!

Was not expecting much to be honest but the reviews were pretty good and we really liked the style of service and all the options for our bowls. The gyro meat was excellent, the chicken as well. The portion size was great value.

We all ordered bowls: Chicken breast bowl, beef gyro & chicken gyro bowl, falafel & chicken gyro bowl, and gyro bowl. I love this method basically chipotle style Mediterranean food. All the meats were fresh and the felafel was made to order! I love how they do things here. The flavors of all the toppings and sauces are so on point. The hummus, harissa and baba ganoush was so delicious. Definitely feel like I'm eating clean and healthy here with no compromise on flavor. Also since it's "express" the service is quick the plating is generous. Cesia was so kind and helpful. Lastly, there's plenty of seating inside and outside (connected to the regular restaurant) and very clean. I recommend this spot for sure!

I know I'm getting fresh food, exactly the way I want it, and I can order to go or have a sit down experience. One of my favorite Mediterranean places! Staff is always friendly, and I've always had a great experience. (I work down the street and come here often). Paymon Express review as this location has a full restaurant too! Express: Mediterranean meets Chipotle! Fresh ingredients, amazing staff (Alex was fabulous - patient and knowledgeable) and lots of variety! Spinach, arugula, lettuce were crisp, basmati well cooked, other veggies were good too. Falafel was freshly fried! Very flavorful "sauces" Tzaziki, hummus, tahini, bana ghanouj, harissa option including Tunisian. Need to try the full Paymon experience next. Five stars - hit the spot!

I'm so glad Paymon's decided to branch out with this fast casual option! This location is attached to a regular sit down spot as well so you can choose quick and easy or regular dine in. The set up is very much like a chipotle style where you can chose a rice bowl, salad or pita and pick all of your toppings, sauces and protein. There's definitely a lot of options to pick from so you don't have to worry about running out of combinations. During my visit I had a gyro salad. I packed it with cucumber, red onions, tomato, spicy harissa hummus, garlic sauce and tahini. It had a good amount of flavor and balance between everything and the portion was quite generous. Overall I'm a fan! I hope they expand this concept to the other Paymon's locations too.

Just went there with my bf for a quick bite to eat. Portion sizes were generous and staff was amazing even though they were clearly short staffed (one person working the line + the register). I got their chicken teriyaki bowl. Food tastes fresh and cooked perfectly. We will be returning.

I wish I could give higher than 5 stars!! This is a new quick dine/To-Go concept from a 20 year favorite Mediterranean cuisine of mine here in Las Vegas! First off, Owner Paymon is one of the most personable, warm and friendly individuals of any restaurant I've dined at.. translating to every experience with staff delivering quality food at an amazing price point!! This quick dine, adjacent to the restaurant and Hookah Lounge is no exception!! Think Chipotle done proper on a local scale with a Mediterranean spin!! I opted for a salad bowl that comes with your choice of base(s), 5 toppings, 3 dips and extra sauce!! So friggin' delish, YES I licked the bowl clean!! Highlights included, shawarma, garlic basil sauce, bruschette sauce(pesto-like), fresh pita on the side..I could keep going, but seriously just give this little gem a try!! Customer before me ordered a gyro that looked incredible and huge!!. Probably my next order!! THANK YOU, Paymon!!
